Orders are Refundable, only to the next business day (Monday-Friday) at 4:00-PM Central time and no refunds after this period. All orders are custom, and we begin the process the day after your order is placed. Each work of Fine-Art is Custom Sized, digitally remastered, printed on Archival canvas, painted with Acrylic or Oil paint, further...we apply Fine-Art colored pencils, mount the canvas and Custom Framed. Orders cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded after the notated period...due to the nature of the production process.
In the unlikely event that your Fine-Art is damaged in the delivery process...please follow our guidelines for return. First and foremost, Art Chateau takes a great deal of care when we prepare our Large Format Art for shipping. The customer should have someone to receive the Large package, as we do not leave any shipping boxes without a signature. Should the Art Work be damaged upon delivery, please let the delivery agent know (within 48-Hours) that there is damage. Please take a photo right away and send it to Art Chateau and the Delivery agent and let them know there is a problem and ask them to schedule a pick-up, we will also follow up with the agent. Art Chateau must be notified of any damage no later than 48-Hours after delivery.
Send the painting back to Art Chateau (We will pay for shipping) and please make sure that you take a picture of the final repackage, as it must be prepared properly for delivery. After we receive the damage Art Work, we will then process the same order and send it to you, and again...we will pay for the shipping.
