Damaged Merchandise:
In the unlikely event that your Fine-Art is damaged in the delivery process...please follow our guidelines to have your work of art replaced. First and foremost, Art Chateau takes a great deal of care when we prepare our Large Format Art for shipping. All Damaged Merchandise will only be replaced with the exact same order item. So, please make sure you are ordering the right size and work of art.
When returning Damaged Merchandise to Art Chateau...we require that you contact us within 48-hours after delivery to receive a credit, by phone or email. A photograph of the damage will be required and should be sent to ArtChateau.com with a written description (By email) within the said period. We will contact the Shipping Agency and arrange for pick-up, and notify you with the date and time of the pick-up. If for some reason, no one is there when pick-up is made...you, will then be responsible for all facilitating and return shipping cost.
Please complete the information on the back of your enclosed packing slip and use the return address label that we provide. You must securely Re-Package your Merchandise as to cause no additional damage. If additional shipping damage is caused by not properly preparing your return, an additional fee may result.

Return Policy:
Important Terms of Sale. All works of art from ArtChateau.com are custom sales, made to your specifications and production of your order begins after 24-hours. Each Mixed-Media painting that you order is custom-sized, digitally remastered and painted with our Trademark process known as Zhee-Klay-Verssage. Gallery-Wraps are rendered on archival canvas, mounted and stretched onto a stretcher frame. Our Gallery-Gloss, Mixed-Media paintings are prepared on Gloss Aluminum with our ChromaLuxe Dye-Sublimation process. Frames are also custom made to order specifications. Because all orders are custom made...no returns are provided for.

Change orders:
Your order can only be changed or refunded by the end of our next business day...after the order has been placed. (Monday-Saturday) Sunday orders can be refunded before the the end of the business day on Monday only. By 5:00 PM Central time. All orders may not be canceled, changed, or refunded at any time after the end of this period, because of the production process and our ernest effort to get this work of art to you as soon as possible. Please call promptly (Within 24-hours after placing the order) to cancel or change your order.
